Junior Social Media & Community Manager – Netherlands (f/m/d) - remote

Love food, trends & social media? KoRo is growing in NL! As our Junior Social Media & Community Manager, you’ll create Insta & TikTok content, build the community, and drive local events & partnerships!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Short-Form Content Creation: You create, edit, and publish engaging short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok, adapting trends to Dutch culture and humor.

• On-Camera Presence: You serve as the face of KoRo in front of the camera for street interviews, tastings, challenges, and public-facing video formats.

• Community Engagement: You actively interact with the Dutch community via comments, DMs, polls, and stories to build brand loyalty and turn followers into fans.

• Local Partnerships: You identify, build, and maintain relationships with local brands and venues to expand brand visibility.

• Events & Activations: You help plan and execute pop-ups, sampling initiatives, and local events while capturing compelling real-time content on site.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Up to 2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, community management, or events

• Strong expertise in short-form video creation (Reels and TikTok) along with practical experience using tools like CapCut and Canva

• High comfort level approaching people in public, conducting street interviews, and representing the brand on camera

• Proactive, creative, and structured working style combined with a genuine passion for food trends and Dutch culture

• Fluent in Dutch with excellent written and spoken English skills

• Ideally based in or near Amsterdam – you’re happy working primarily from home, but equally excited to step out for live events, sampling activations, and street interviews
