Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative Bilingual Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to execute high-impact social media strategies, digital campaigns, and administrative marketing tasks for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Design, curate, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using Canva and CapCut .

• Content Calendar Planning: Maintain and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent publishing schedules.

• Email Marketing & Campaigns: Assist in drafting, building, and tracking performance metrics for client email marketing campaigns.

• Paid Ads & Analytics Support: Support paid advertising strategies, track KPI performance, and create data-driven marketing reports.

• Strategy Execution: Implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client brand goals.

• Marketing Administration: Handle operational tasks, digital asset organization, and general marketing support.

Requirements

• Languages: Advanced / Native Bilingual proficiency in English (C1/C2) and Spanish (written and verbal).

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or marketing administrative support.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut , social media scheduling platforms, and social media analytics tools.

• Software: High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office 365 .

• Remote Setup: Dedicated quiet home office, high-speed stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload), and a reliable backup connection.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Base Salary: USD $696 – $1,044 / month (commensurate with experience).
