About the company
Our client is a fast-growing software company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Act as a trusted people advisor to several business departments while also handling day-to-day employee matters. The role blends strategic guidance with hands-on casework, and includes running review and pay processes and supporting audit readiness as the organization expands.
What you'll do
- Partner with leaders from multiple departments, offering guidance on team structure, hiring plans and individual people matters.
- Share ownership of the semiannual review cycles and the calibration sessions, then apply the findings to pay strategy.
- Resolve sensitive employee issues, including investigations, performance concerns, formal improvement plans and leave requests.
- Guide managers through tough conversations while keeping practices aligned with applicable US employment regulations.
- Produce workforce dashboards and headcount reports, and contribute to annual budgeting and hiring forecasts during a period of rapid expansion.
- Assist with HR compliance reviews and customer-driven audits by collecting documentation and taking part in audit discussions.
- Create and launch initiatives covering employee engagement, retention, talent assessment and organizational change.
- Use generative AI tools routinely to speed up analysis, research and written communication.
