工作职责:
协助六大模块人事工作，包括但不限于:
- 协助完成招聘工作，含社会招聘&校园招聘。
- 入职&离职办理，负责员工入职&离职流程办理，新员工入职培训，及时维护员工信息&QP系统。
- 薪酬管理，协助做每月薪资数据，包括加班数据统计、社保公积金购买、补贴计算等数据输出，确保数据准确性。
- 定期组织各类员工活动，如年会、节日活动等。
- 定期输出招聘、OT等报告&数据分析。
- 协助完成其他上级安排的工作。
工作要求:
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源相关专业
- 有招聘或其他模块实习经验优先
- 良好的英语读写能力，CET4及以上
- 优秀的沟通能力和结果导向，细心积极，学习能力强
