About the Role
We’re looking for a senior, hands-on marketer to lead Bidease marketing in China.
As our first dedicated marketing hire in the market, you’ll own how Bidease builds awareness, credibility, and commercial momentum across the Chinese mobile ecosystem. - Develop relationships with customers, partners, agencies, MMPs, industry communities, media, and other key players
- Identify the events, partnerships, communities, and industry moments where Bidease should show up
- Bring market insights, competitive intelligence, and emerging trends back to the broader team
- Partner closely with China Sales on target accounts, pipeline, and market priorities
- Build programs that help open doors, deepen relationships, and support key opportunities
- Lead Bidease’s China event and community strategy, including conferences, dinners, roundtables, and Bidease-hosted programs
- Develop China-specific content, customer stories, thought leadership, and market insights
- Localize global campaigns and sales materials for the Chinese market
- Own or oversee WeChat and other relevant local channels, with a strong focus on distribution and engagement
- Develop case studies, customer speakers, joint content, and other forms of market proof
- Use customer success and industry relationships to strengthen Bidease’s credibility in the market
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including senior-level experience in China within mobile ad tech, app marketing, mobile measurement, or a closely related industry
- Strong network and credibility within the Chinese mobile ecosystem
- Experience working for a US-based or international technology company
- Proven ability to independently own marketing for a market or region
- Strong experience across field marketing, content, partnerships, community, and sales support
- Comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution
- Excellent Mandarin and strong English communication skills
- Experience managing agencies and external partners
