About the job
Refer Growth Partner — commission-only, work whenever
Here's the thing: getting a job sucks. It's a black box where the odds are stacked against the person who needs the job most. So we flipped it. Refer is built for candidates, free for companies — an AI career agent that actually goes to bat for people and gets them hired.
That's the mission. It's a big one, and we hold a high bar to match. We move fast, we don't do fluff, and we only work with people who are as obsessed with getting it right as we are.
Your job: bring companies to Refer. That's it. You set your own hours, work from anywhere, and get paid for every company you land. No base, no cap — you win when they sign.
