Guide diverse stakeholder groups through ambiguous problem statements, facilitating discussions and turning ideas into structured action plans and sustainable solutions.
•
Influence stakeholders and drive decisions without relying on formal authority, ensuring alignment around priorities and expected outcomes.
•
Coordinate project implementation, change adoption, and the transition of completed initiatives to accountable business owners.
•
Define project success measures, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and track progress toward expected benefits.
•
Communicate complex project information clearly to executive leaders, technical experts, business partners, and operational teams.
•
Collaborate with IT, technical and data teams, and third-party vendors to ensure effective project execution.

Identify opportunities to use approved digital tools, automation, and AI to simplify workflows and reduce administrative effort.
•
Contribute to shared project management standards, tools, and methodologies, incorporating lessons learned into reusable practices.
•
Coach project owners and cross-functional teams to strengthen accountability, collaboration, and independent execution.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a structured, adaptable, and influential project management professional who can navigate complexity, build stakeholder trust, and consistently turn discussions into measurable results.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
•
Experience defining project success measures, managing risks, establishing KPIs, and validating business benefits.
•
Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders without direct managerial authority.
•
Comfortable collaborating with IT teams, technical stakeholders, and external vendors without needing to be the technical subject matter expert.
•
Experience working effectively in remote, global environments, with meetings primarily aligned to Eastern Time.
•
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and reporting skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
