This is an opportunity to contribute to international finance transformation initiatives in a collaborative, cross-functional, and globally connected environment.

Accountabilities

•

Lead global e-invoicing and digital regulatory compliance initiatives across multiple countries, legal entities, and ERP platforms.

•

Monitor regulatory developments, evaluate their business and system implications, and coordinate timely implementation of required changes.

•

Identify regulatory and compliance risks, communicate potential impacts, and support the implementation of appropriate remediation measures.

•

Manage country localization projects to align ERP processes with local statutory, reporting, taxation, and invoicing requirements.

•

Coordinate new legal entity and company code deployments, including functional requirements, configuration readiness, and cross-functional validation.

•

Assess ERP and compliance implications arising from organizational changes, acquisitions, divestitures, and legal entity restructuring.

•

Own functional requirements and design decisions for ERP configurations, ensuring alignment with finance processes and regulatory obligations.

•

Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Digital Technology teams to document, configure, validate, and maintain compliant ERP solutions.

•

Conduct compliance validations to verify transaction accuracy, statutory alignment, reporting requirements, and internal control effectiveness.

•

Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for e-invoicing, localization, regulatory compliance, and legal entity initiatives.

•

Define end-to-end test scenarios, ensure business requirements are covered, and facilitate participation from relevant stakeholders.

•

Coordinate defect resolution, retesting, implementation readiness, and post-deployment stabilization activities.

•

Lead ERP governance activities, including Request for Change evaluation, prioritization, and implementation coordination.

•

Manage cross-functional project plans, dependencies, risks, decisions, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

•

Ensure finance system initiatives comply with enterprise ERP standards, internal finance controls, and regulatory commitments.

•

Act as the finance functional liaison between Finance, Controllership, Compliance, Digital Technology, Master Data Management, and business operations.

•

Coordinate with external advisors and solution providers, translating regulatory and business requirements into clear design inputs, validation criteria, and implementation decisions.

Requirements

•

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

•

Strong experience leading or supporting global ERP finance, e-invoicing, regulatory compliance, country localization, or finance transformation initiatives.

•

Solid understanding of ERP finance processes, system configuration, statutory compliance, and multinational regulatory requirements.

•

Experience translating regulatory and business requirements into functional system specifications and implementation plans.

•

Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, external advisors, and geographically distributed teams.

•

Experience coordinating ERP testing activities, including System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, is valuable.

•

Understanding of ERP governance, change management, configuration validation, and finance control frameworks.

•

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex regulatory and system impacts.

•

Excellent project coordination, planning, documentation, and organizational capabilities.

•

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and regulatory matters to diverse stakeholders.

•

Ability to manage multiple initiatives, competing priorities, and implementation dependencies in an international environment.

•

A proactive and collaborative approach, with strong attention to detail and accountability for delivery.

Benefits

•

Fully remote working arrangement.

•

Full-time employment opportunity.

•

Relocation assistance provided, subject to applicable conditions.

•

Opportunity to lead global finance transformation and regulatory compliance initiatives.

•

Exposure to international ERP platforms, country localization projects, and evolving e-invoicing requirements.

•

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external specialists across multiple regions.
