We are seeking highly organized and assertive Virtual Assistants for a role in Field Maintenance Coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communication between field crews and remote project managers

• Coordinate schedules and communication between hospitals, warehouse, laundry, and other departments.

• Create and manage schedules for field employees and adjust staffing as project needs change.

• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and work performance.

• Hold team members accountable for deadlines, workmanship, and company standards

• Address poor-quality work promptly and professionally, documenting issues as needed.

• Track project progress and provide accurate status updates to management

• Prepare and process invoices and other project-related documentation

• Ensure field operations remain organized, efficient, and aligned with project timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in field operations, construction, manufacturing, or project coordination

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the confidence to enforce standards

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and scheduling abilities

• Experience with attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and employee accountability

• Familiarity with invoicing and basic administrative processes

• Proficient with remote communication and project management tools.

• Able to make sound decisions and resolve issues independently
