External Business Development Manager - Northern Greece

Experience level: executive.

Eurofins Athens Analysis Laboratories, a trusted leader in independent laboratory testing across multiple sectors — including food, water, cosmetics, environmental, pharmaceutical, and dietary supplements — is seeking an External Business Development Manager to drive growth primarily in the Food & Feed sector .

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an external sales representative, visiting clients and building strong relationships.

• Develop and implement business development strategies focused on the Food & Feed industry , while also supporting other sectors.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

• Contribute to company growth.

• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, ideally in laboratory testing services or within the Food & Feed industry.

• Good understanding of the Food & Feed sector; knowledge of other sectors is a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.

• Comfortable working independently

• Fluent in Greek and English
