About the job
As a Customer Logistics Specialist , you'll play an essential role in helping customers throughout their delivery journey. This is more than a traditional customer service role – you'll gain exposure to the fast-paced world of logistics and supply chain operations while working closely with transport, warehouse, and delivery teams.
What You’ll Do
- Provide customer support for shipment and delivery enquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Track parcels, investigate delivery issues, and coordinate resolutions with operational teams
- Manage customer cases, delivery amendments, and records while ensuring timely, professional service
Requirements

- Strong communication skills in English (B2) and Dutch (C1)
