The Disability Claims QA Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality of medical reports supporting short-term and long-term disability claims. This role combines disability claims expertise, clinical documentation review, and quality assurance to help deliver reliable outcomes for clients. You will also provide additional oversight for complex cases and identify issues requiring further review. This remote opportunity is suited to a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare and insurance environment.

•

Effective time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
