About the job
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Strategist (Performance) based in Brazil.
We are seeking a data-driven and commercially minded Creative Strategist to develop high-performing advertising concepts that turn customer insights into measurable growth. In this fully remote role, you will work within a growth marketing team, owning the weekly production of creative briefs and scripts across video, static, user-generated content (UGC), and AI-generated formats. You will partner closely with a dedicated video editor and collaborate with growth, brand, design, and creator teams to deliver compelling campaigns across paid social and advertising platforms. By combining creative experimentation with performance analytics, you will identify winning concepts, refine existing ads, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness. You will also integrate AI tools and automation into your creative workflow to accelerate production and scale successful ideas. This opportunity is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances storytelling with commercial results, and enjoys turning insights into impactful advertising.
Accountabilities
•
Own and deliver the weekly creative production sprint, producing high-quality advertising scripts and briefs across video, static, UGC, and AI-assisted formats.
•
Develop a balanced pipeline of original advertising concepts and iterations of top-performing creatives, aiming to introduce at least one new winning concept into testing each month.
•
Review advertising performance data with the Growth team every week and translate insights into actionable creative briefs within the same sprint.
•
Build and manage a structured creative testing framework covering hooks, messaging angles, target personas, and content formats.
•
Document creative testing results, share learnings with relevant stakeholders, and use performance insights to guide future campaigns.
•
Integrate AI tools into research, ideation, scripting, briefing, production, and workflow automation, identifying measurable opportunities to reduce time spent per brief.
•
Work closely with a dedicated video editor to communicate creative direction, provide timely feedback, resolve production bottlenecks, and ensure assets are delivered on schedule.
•
Develop clear, actionable briefs for creators, agencies, and external partners producing UGC and other creator-led content.
•
Ensure creative concepts and advertising claims align with brand positioning and applicable requirements, particularly for health-related and supplement products.
•
Collaborate with Growth, Brand, and Design teams to ensure performance-focused advertising remains consistent with brand identity and marketing objectives.
•
Continuously evaluate creative effectiveness and production processes to improve testing velocity, creative quality, and campaign outcomes.
Requirements
•
At least 3 years of experience in performance-focused creative strategy, either in-house or at an agency, ideally within direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands or e-commerce.
•
A portfolio of advertising concepts, scripts, or creative briefs that you developed and helped scale on Meta, TikTok, or similar paid advertising platforms, supported by performance metrics.
•
Demonstrated ability to produce multiple scripts and briefs each week while maintaining high standards of quality, originality, and strategic relevance.
•
Strong commercial and creative judgment, with the ability to develop compelling advertising ideas and explain the rationale behind their expected performance.
•
Confidence interpreting performance metrics such as thumb-stop rate, hold rate, click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
•
Practical experience using AI tools in creative workflows, including large language models (LLMs), AI image or video generation tools, and automation solutions. The ability to build repeatable processes is essential; general familiarity with AI alone is insufficient.
•
Experience creating persuasive, claims-led advertising copy for supplements, wellness, healthcare, pet products, or other regulated categories is highly desirable.
•
Strong briefing and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction that video editors, creators, agencies, and other partners can execute effectively.
•
Experience collaborating with creative production and cross-functional teams, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining momentum in a fast-paced environment.
•
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work reliably against weekly deadlines.
•
A proactive, analytical, and experimental mindset, with a strong interest in using customer insights, creative testing, and AI to improve advertising performance.
Benefits
•
Fully remote working arrangement, with Brazil specified as the target location for this listing.
•
Full-time or contract engagement, as described in the original posting.
•
Opportunity to shape performance creative strategy and contribute directly to growth marketing outcomes.
•
Close collaboration with a dedicated video editor and cross-functional growth, brand, and design teams.
•
Hands-on opportunities to apply AI tools and automation to creative research, scripting, and production.
•
Exposure to multi-channel advertising strategies across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, and other paid media platforms.
•
Opportunities to develop expertise in creative testing, performance analytics, and scalable advertising production.
•
A collaborative, feedback-driven environment that encourages experimentation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
•
Reasonable adjustments available during the recruitment process for candidates who require them.
