About the job
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Marketing Manager based in United Kingdom.
As a Creative Marketing Manager, you will drive the development and optimization of advertising creatives for a digital platform focused on cognitive development and brain training. You will combine creative thinking, audience insights, and performance data to develop campaigns that capture attention and generate measurable results. Working closely with designers, analysts, and company founders, you will identify market opportunities and translate them into compelling creative concepts. You will analyze competitors, explore emerging advertising trends, and develop hypotheses to continuously improve campaign performance. Through structured experimentation and A/B testing, you will help optimize acquisition and engagement across multiple paid channels. This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing digital product while exploring innovative creative approaches and AI-powered marketing tools.
Accountabilities
You will take ownership of the creative testing process, from identifying opportunities and developing concepts to analyzing results and refining campaigns. Your responsibilities will include:
•
Creative Concept Development: Generate fresh advertising ideas and concepts, testing different angles, messages, and formats to identify what resonates most effectively with target audiences.
•
Market and Competitor Research: Analyze marketing funnels and advertising creatives from direct and indirect competitors across different acquisition channels. Translate relevant insights into actionable creative briefs for the design team.
•
Audience Research: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, motivations, pain points, and behavioral triggers, collaborating with founders and analytics specialists to identify relevant opportunities.
•
Hypothesis Development and Testing: Propose, prioritize, and validate creative hypotheses. Plan, launch, and analyze A/B tests to determine which approaches deliver the strongest results.
•
Performance Monitoring: Evaluate creative effectiveness using key performance indicators such as CTR, CVR, CPI, CPA, ROAS, and retention, ensuring decisions are driven by measurable outcomes.
•
Creative Optimization: Use campaign data and testing insights to refine advertising concepts, improve performance, and replace underperforming approaches.
•
AI-Powered Creative Innovation: Explore and implement AI tools for creative research, analysis, and generation to improve the quality and efficiency of marketing workflows.
•
Video Advertising: Develop and evaluate video creative concepts, keeping up with current formats, trends, user-generated content, and effective hooks across Meta, Snapchat, and YouTube.
•
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers and other team members to turn creative strategies into effective advertising assets and continuously improve campaign results.
Requirements
The ideal candidate combines creative marketing experience with analytical thinking and a strong understanding of performance-driven advertising. You should be comfortable experimenting with different concepts, interpreting campaign data, and adapting quickly to changing audience behavior. The following qualifications are expected:
•
At least 1 year of experience in creative marketing or performance marketing within a product company or startup.
•
Proven experience developing effective advertising creatives for social media and paid acquisition platforms, particularly Meta, Snapchat, and Google Display Network (GDN).
•
Ability to research competitors efficiently and adapt successful creative approaches to different audiences.
•
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate creatives based on business performance rather than aesthetics alone.
•
Data-driven mindset and practical understanding of key advertising metrics, including CTR, CVR, CPI, CPA, and ROAS.
•
Experience working with AI-powered creative analysis and generation tools such as MidJourney, Higgsfield, or similar platforms.
•
Practical experience developing video advertising creatives and familiarity with current formats, including UGC, short-form videos, and effective hooks.
•
Understanding of performance marketing or growth marketing principles.
•
Knowledge of advertising trends and creative requirements across Meta, Snapchat, and YouTube Ads.
•
Basic copywriting skills, including the ability to write engaging headlines, advertising messages, and persuasive copy.
•
English proficiency at B1 level or above.
•
Independence, initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to testing new ideas and improving results.
Benefits
•
Career Development: Opportunities for both vertical and horizontal career growth, including exposure to different business niches and projects.
•
Learning Support: Compensation for external courses, professional training, and industry conferences.
•
Flexible Working Hours: Choose your start time between 8:00 and 11:00 AM Kyiv time.
•
Flexible Work Location: Fully remote work, with the option to use an office in Kyiv or coworking spaces in Lviv and Warsaw.
•
Paid Time Off: 28 working days of paid annual vacation.
•
Sick Leave: Up to 30 days of sick leave with medical confirmation, in addition to public holidays.
•
Healthcare and Well-being: Medical insurance, access to a Mental Health program, and compensation for therapy sessions.
•
Social Impact: Participation in the Ukrainian Victory Support program and other meaningful social initiatives.
•
Special Occasion Gifts: Gifts to celebrate important personal and professional milestones.
•
Team Activities: Quarterly team-building events, organized online or in person.
•
Equipment Support: Equipment compensation during power outages.
•
