About the job

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Coordinator, Strategic Projects & Partnerships based in Canada.

Join a mission-driven international organization dedicated to advancing gender equality and strengthening feminist movements through strategic partnerships, grantmaking, policy advocacy, and innovative investment approaches.

As Coordinator, Strategic Projects & Partnerships, you will support two key teams by coordinating cross-functional projects, managing partner relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You will play an essential role in translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, keeping initiatives organized, and supporting effective collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.

From coordinating high-impact events and partnership meetings to contributing to annual planning, reporting, and learning initiatives, your work will help drive organizational effectiveness and accountability.

This position offers the opportunity to work across diverse functions, engage with global partners, and contribute to initiatives that support women, girls, and trans people worldwide.

You will thrive in a collaborative, values-driven environment that prioritizes feminist leadership, inclusion, continuous learning, and shared responsibility.

The role is fully remote within Canada and provides meaningful opportunities to contribute to strategic projects while developing your coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies, systems, procedures, and coordination practices that improve efficiency and consistency across teams.
  • Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Participate in internal working groups and organizational initiatives, coordinate across departments, and support effective communication and follow-through on shared priorities.
  • Ethical and Respectful Conduct: Uphold organizational policies, confidentiality requirements, and standards of integrity while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and respectful working environment.
