Commercial Revenue Architects at Gong are strategic partners to our customers, focused on transforming how they sell and run revenue through Gong's AI Operating System. You'll your consultative approach to guide operational teams to architect workflows, accelerate adoption, and realize business results across the entire revenue lifecycle — not by driving product usage, but by changing how revenue actually gets done.

Your success is measured by the business transformation outcomes you help customers achieve — improvements to how they run and sell revenue, quantifiable value realization, and revenue impact (retention and expansion).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Revenue Transformation Strategy: Partner with senior GTM executives to co-design and execute tailored revenue strategies, modernizing how commercial accounts sell, forecast, and optimize their go-to-market engine through Gong’s AI OS.

• Diagnostic Scoping & Discovery: Work with revenue leaders to pinpoint what's really slowing them down, turn it into a clear plan for change and obtain executive alignment.

• Workflow Architecture & Solution Design: Analyze current-state sales workflows and engineer tailored, AI-driven operational models, aligning Gong’s conversation and deal intelligence capabilities directly to the customer’s unique revenue process.

• Adoption & Strategic Change Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to help executive adoption initiatives that drive behavior change in how customers sell, embedding Gong into daily team rhythms.

• Value Realization: Use data-driven insights to quantify measurable business outcomes for your book of accounts

• Renewal and Expansion Management: Own the renewal execution and credit consumption for a portfolio of commercial accounts

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to remove barriers to your accounts' transformation work

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3+ years in a client-facing, delivery, or consulting role requiring structured problem-solving and process or workflow design

• You are currently located in one of Gong's hub locations (SF, SLC, ATX, CHI, or NYC)

• Strong structured problem-solving skills, with exposure to how transformation initiatives are scoped and delivered

• Track record engaging stakeholders and contributing to value/ROI conversations, with growing comfort speaking to business priorities beyond product usage

The annual OTE for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 USD.

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
