About the job
- Process Capex invoices through the Tech Portal.
- Create Capital Expenditure (CEAR) requests in the system.
- Create resource task-wise details for accounting and MMS release.
- Assign approval matrices for the respective POs.
- Handle approver queries and coordinate with vendors regarding requirements.
- Coordinate with the Budget Team for the BOQ tracker for invoice processing.
- Follow up on vendor MMS creation.
- Handle vendor queries related to invoice submission.
- Coordinate with the respective teams regarding budget or Tech claim issues.
- Create MMS in the system using the appropriate budget from the respective task lines.
- Manage monthly accruals for Capex items in coordination with IT.
- Follow up with Project Managers regarding approval issues.
- Coordinate with the IT Team regarding budget availability against task line items.
- Perform other responsibilities as instructed by management based on business requirements.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a call centre, BPO, or back-office environment.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with system data entry, trackers, and Excel.
- Basic understanding of back-office processing or HR.
- Banking or financial support experience is preferred.
- Experience in invoice processing, purchase orders, or vendor handling is preferred.
- Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
