  • Collaborate with business stakeholders: Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, and other departments to understand data requirements, address reporting needs, and resolve integration challenges.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues: Independently investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, resolve pipeline or reporting issues, and recommend effective technical solutions.
  • Strengthen data infrastructure: Help establish reliable data management practices and scalable technical foundations that support organizational growth and evolving analytical needs.
  • Take ownership of technical deliverables: Manage assigned projects and responsibilities proactively, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and with clear communication to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Professional experience: At least three years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data integration, database development, or a related technical data discipline.
  • SQL and database expertise: Strong SQL skills and practical experience working with relational databases, data modeling, complex queries, and large datasets.
  • Data pipeline development: Demonstrated experience building, maintaining, or optimizing data pipelines and integrating information from multiple business applications.
  • Cloud data platforms: Familiarity with cloud-based data technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure data solutions, or comparable platforms.
  • Data transformation and quality: Experience with data cleaning, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and historical data management.
  • Reporting and visualization: Working knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to investigate complex technical issues independently.
  • Ownership and initiative: A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage responsibilities autonomously, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver reliable technical solutions.
  • Communication and collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to translate business requirements into practical data solutions and work effectively across departments.
  • Preferred enterprise systems experience: Familiarity with Salesforce, financial systems, or other enterprise SaaS applications is an advantage.
  • Preferred business knowledge: Understanding of recurring-revenue metrics, financial reporting, operational KPIs, and business performance analysis is beneficial.
  • Infrastructure development experience: Previous involvement in building or improving data infrastructure within a growing organization is a plus.
