As the business continues to scale globally, we are looking for a Business Associate who will turn data into strategic decisions and drive business growth alongside the founders and leadership team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Work directly with founders and top management, translating data into strategic decisions that drive business growth and improve P&L performance.
- Own the full analytics lifecycle — from raw data to actionable business recommendations — using internal metrics and external benchmarks to identify growth opportunities and margin improvements.
- Independently identify and launch initiatives that improve operational efficiency, unit economics, and profitability.
- Conduct systematic competitive and market analysis to uncover new growth and monetization opportunities.
- Build business cases and analytical frameworks that directly shape strategic decisions, taking ownership of their implementation.
- Drive strategic initiatives end-to-end, measuring progress against tangible business and financial outcomes.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 3–5 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and developing data-driven recommendations.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, workflow automation, and improving the efficiency of analytical work.
- Genuine interest in understanding the bigger picture, working across different business functions, and seeing how all parts of a business connect.
- High ownership, high standards, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality results while holding yourself and others to the same standard.
It Would Be a Plus if you
- Have independently managed strategic projects end-to-end — from problem definition to implementation.
- Have experience in Investor Relations, preparing investor materials, or supporting investment transactions (M&A, fundraising).
- Have practical experience with SQL, Python, or BI tools.
