  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date project documentation in accordance with established team procedures.
  • Identify, document, and communicate issues discovered during analysis and project research, following escalation protocols when risks may affect delivery timelines or release commitments.
  • Manage multiple assignments and project timelines while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and accountability.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, helping ensure that business needs are understood and solutions are implemented successfully.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, support user training, and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning technical systems, understanding business processes, and translating operational needs into software requirements.
  • Familiarity with application development concepts and project management fundamentals; knowledge of workflow documentation and project management best practices is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects while meeting firm deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and complex business requirements clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues across different teams and locations, adapting communication styles to suit different stakeholders.
