We're looking for an enthusiastic and talented Immigration Legal Team Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

Requirements

• Prior experience leading or coordinating a Immigration legal team, overseeing day-to-day work, deadline compliance, and the quality of information collected.

• Proven experience collecting client information completely and accurately ahead of case.

• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment, to review the team's work, catch errors or gaps, and identify areas for process improvement.

• Excellent communication skills, both to give feedback and direction to your team and to ensure clear, actionable pre-consultation notes.

• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple cases and people at once while maintaining a professional, resilient attitude
