Back Office Administrator

Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Back Office Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.

Role overview

Remote Recruitment places South African talent with UK employers, and this is a full-time, 100% remote position working UK business hours. In this role, you will own the behind-the-scenes admin that keeps a UK business running smoothly. You will join a friendly team, work with clear processes, and have the support you need to do your best work from home.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders, forms and customer records accurately

• Keep databases and spreadsheets up to date

• Manage shared inboxes and route queries

• Prepare simple reports for the team

• Follow up on outstanding tasks until closed

What you'll need

• Experience in an admin or back-office role, with examples of accurate data handling

• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

• Strong typing and attention to detail

• A reliable laptop, stable fibre internet and a quiet workspace

• Availability for 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)

Nice to have

• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot

• Familiarity with Asana or Trello

• Experience writing short process notes
