B2B Sales Consultant for Hungary

We're looking for a B2B Sales Consultant for the Hungarian market 🇭🇺 who loves real conversations, feels at home with HR managers at large companies and enjoys closing deals that actually matter. Every contract you sign means more people getting support when they need it.

You'll join Bianka and our small Hungarian B2B team and have a direct say in how we grow. Our international B2B crew is big on AI agents and automation. Less admin, more time for clients.

What your days will look like

• 🎯 Finding new clients on the Hungarian market: cold calls, working leads and booking meetings (around 60% of your time at the start)

• 🤝 Running sales meetings, putting together proposals and closing deals (growing to about 50% as you ramp up)

• 📬 Turning inbound and outbound leads from marketing into happy clients

• 🌱 Teaming up with Client Success so new clients get a smooth start

• 🤖 Using AI across your whole sales process : pitches, research, follow-ups and automation

• 🎨 Working with marketing on sales materials and campaigns that fit your clients

Requirements

You might be a great fit if you

• Have 2+ years in active B2B sales and results you can show (bonus if it was in SaaS, a startup or a scaleup)

• Are great on the phone and on video calls , and feel at ease presenting to HR managers and C-level

• Already use AI tools like Gemini, Claude or Perplexity every day for research, pitch prep and follow-ups. We'll ask you about it, so get ready to share your favourite tricks 😉

• Speak Hungarian natively and English at B1+ level or above (our team is international: CZ, HU, RO, PL, LT)

• Are happy to work on a contractor basis (self-employed / B2B contract)

Bonus points if you

• Have sold to HR teams

• Have worked in an international startup or scaleup

• Know your way around Pipedrive or another CRM

• Have sold in a more sensitive industry like healthcare, wellbeing or benefits

💡 No mental health background? No problem. We'll teach you everything about wellbeing and therapy. What we can't teach is great B2B selling, and that's what you bring.
