Responsibilities
- Εξυπηρέτηση υφιστάμενου πελατολογίου μέσω εξερχόμενων κλήσεων με σκοπό την διαχείριση πελατών με ανεξόφλητα υπόλοιπα σε προϊόντα Λιανικής Τραπεζικής.
- Αναδιάρθρωση Ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών Τραπεζικών πρϊόντων.
- Καταχώριση των ενεργειών στα λειτουργικά Συστήματα της Τράπεζας
Requirements
- Εμπειρία στον χώρο της Τηλεφωνικής εξυπηρέτησης ( επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε collection ).
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες.
- Δυνατότητα απασχόλησης σε βάρδιες.
- Απολυτήριο Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης.
- Γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας.
- Εξοικείωση στη χρήση H/Y.
