5CAのカスタマーサポート担当者として、大規模な国際チームの一員となり、多国籍の家電および電子商取引企業向けにカスタマーサービスを提供していただきます。メール、ライブチャット、ソーシャルメディア、電話を通じてお客様と直接やり取りを行う最前線の役割です。お客様が最もサポートを必要とする際に、冷静に問題を特定・解決し、適切な支援を提供していただきます。また、クライアントおよびその顧客に最高水準のサポートを提供できるよう、スキル向上を目的としたサポート付きトレーニングを受けていただきます

求める人物像

• 日本語および英語を上級レベルで使用できる方。

• 電子商取引、家電製品、および顧客満足に関心がある方

• 新しい技術や製品に積極的に取り組める方。

• 学習意欲が高く、自主的に行動し、問題解決を得意とする方。

• ご自宅内に業務に専念できる静かな作業スペースを確保できる方。

• （任意）カスタマーサービス業務の経験があれば尚可。

技術要件

• ダウンロード速度およびアップロード速度がそれぞれ最低15Mb/秒、かつレイテンシーが国際基準で120ms未満のインターネット環境。

• 最低8GBのRAM。

• Windows 11（Windows Sモードを除く全エディション）または macOS 13.0 以上。

• Intel Core i5-8260U 以上のプロセッサー。

• 内蔵グラフィックスカード。

• 二要素認証に使用可能なスマートフォン（以下のいずれかを満たすもの）：

• Android 10.0 以上。

• Apple iOS 16.0 以上。
