As a Junior Sales Operations Analyst, you will support the commercial team by ensuring that sales data, leads, and account information are accurate, organized, and ready for action. You will play an important role in managing lead distribution, maintaining CRM data quality, and streamlining sales operations in a technology-driven environment. Working with platforms such as Salesforce and data enrichment tools, you will help ensure that leads reach the right sales representatives at the right time. You will also contribute to reporting, performance tracking, and process improvements that enable better commercial decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, optimizing workflows, and learning about cloud technologies and B2B sales. Join a collaborative team that values curiosity, initiative, analytical thinking, and continuous professional development.

Accountabilities

  • Receive and centralize lead lists from events, marketing campaigns, business partners, and account managers (AMs).
  • Review, clean, and standardize incoming data, identifying duplicate records and checking for existing entries in Salesforce.
  • Research and enrich company profiles using data platforms such as Cortex, validating information including legal business name, tax identification number (CNPJ), industry, location, revenue, and employee count.
  • Qualify company records and classify accounts according to established commercial criteria and segmentation rules.
  • Identify the appropriate account manager (AM) and sales development representative (SDR) for each lead, applying territory, industry, and account ownership guidelines.
  • Import and distribute leads in Salesforce, ensuring that each record includes the correct owner, lead source, and campaign association.
  • Investigate lead-routing questions, coordinate corrections, and follow up on distribution issues to ensure accurate assignment.
  • Monitor processing timelines for incoming lists and track whether distributed leads are being actively followed up by the sales team.
  • Create, maintain, and update reports and dashboards covering lead distribution, sales activities, meetings, and opportunities.
  • Support improvements to CRM processes, data quality standards, workflow automation, and integrations between commercial tools.
  • Track key operational indicators, including processing turnaround time, lead data completeness, correct ownership assignment, duplicate rates, rework, lead volumes, and outstanding distribution issues.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, data reliability, and the overall effectiveness of commercial processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Sales Operations, commercial operations, CRM administration, or a related field.
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce, including data imports, campaign management, reporting, and bulk record updates.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including organizing, cleaning, cross-referencing, and analyzing datasets.
  • Experience handling, matching, validating, and enriching databases to improve data accuracy and completeness.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing large lists, validating records, and applying lead distribution rules.
  • Ability to follow structured processes, manage deadlines, identify inconsistencies, and resolve data-related issues.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in tracking operational metrics, interpreting reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate with sales representatives and other internal stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: Experience using Cortex or similar data enrichment platforms.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with SDR/BDR teams, B2B sales processes, lead qualification, and account management workflows.
