AI Data Scientist

Build AI solutions that turn complex enterprise data into practical capabilities for business and SAP transformation.

We are looking for an AI Data Scientist to help design and strengthen enterprise AI solutions across Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, data platforms and responsible data use.

In this role, you will combine Data Science, Generative AI, enterprise data platforms, and Consulting to turn complex business information into secure, reusable, and practical AI solutions. You will work with international teams across AI, data, cloud, security, and SAP consulting.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Design and implement  context engineering and RAG strategies  for LLM-based solutions.

• Develop and optimize  chunking approaches ,  embedding pipelines , and semantic retrieval models.

• Build and maintain retrieval pipelines using frameworks such as  LlamaIndex .

• Design and operate  enterprise data lakes using Microsoft Fabric / OneLake.

• Prepare, curate, and enrich data for AI consumption, including unstructured enterprise content.

• Ensure data governance, security, and Responsible AI compliance  in collaboration with governance and security teams.

• Support AI solutions for  Microsoft Azure AI and Amazon AWS Bedrock .

• Document best practices and support knowledge sharing within the AI and IT teams.

Your Expertise

• 2-4 years of experience as a Data Scientist.

• Strong interest and  commitment to working with emerging AI topics.

• Solid understanding of data lake architectures and analytical data processing.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft data and AI ecosystem .

• Awareness of  enterprise data governance and compliance requirements .

• Curiosity, a continuous learning mindset, and ability to translate new concepts into practical solutions.
