ALICE Technologies is transforming how construction projects are planned and executed. Our AI-powered schedule optimization platform helps GCs, Owners, and EPCs compress timelines, reduce cost, and de-risk projects — and we're growing fast.
This is a high-velocity, consultative role where you'll be selling a genuinely differentiated product to an industry that's hungry for better tools. You'll work closely with marketing, solutions, and customer success to close deals and build long-term customer relationships.
Your Day-to-Day at ALICE Technologies
- Run the full sales cycle — prospecting through close — for GC, Owner, and EPC accounts
- Lead discovery conversations that connect ALICE's capabilities to customer project outcomes, schedule risk, and budget pressures
- Deliver compelling demos and presentations that make complex optimization concepts easy to understand
- Identify and develop champions within target accounts who can drive internal buy-in
- Navigate procurement processes efficiently in a faster-moving, less complex buying environment than enterprise
- Collaborate with marketing on inbound leads and outbound sequences to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Contribute feedback on product needs and customer insights to the broader team
